After you have ordered on our web site you will receive an order confirmation email on the email address you supplied. This email contains all information about the products you have ordered, prices and total amount to pay for this order. Also you can find bank relations information in case you like to pay by bank transfer. Don't forget to note the order number when you pay by bank transfer. Make sure the email address you supply is correct.
After you submitted your order you can track the status for this order on our web site. Sign in to your customer account and from your 'your account page' screen click on 'your orders', here you find an overview of all pending orders. From here click on the order number you like to have more information on. For each product you can find information about the expected delivery dates. Note however that delivery dates are not fixed and can change according information we get from our suppliers. We send no email updates on changing dates so return to this page whenever you like to have more information.
When an order is processed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Click on the link in this email to go to the forwarders web site and get more information about the whereabouts and expected delivery date of the parcel. Tracking information is usually available after 20:00 hour on the day of transport or the morning of the following day.
Changing your order
When you like to make changes to your pending order send us an email with clear reference to your order number and changes you like to make, use our type numbers as a reference not part descriptions. You can send us an email here, please include the order number in your email with a list of 'our' typenumbers..
Canceling an order
If you need to cancel an order reply to the order confirmation email with the remark 'please cancel this order'.
